Child Care Links for Baltimore County Training

With an understanding of the importance of quality training to increase child care provider satisfaction, retention, and overall knowledge of child growth and development, Child Care Links (CCL) is committed to providing high quality professional development opportunities for both family and center providers in Baltimore County. Trainings are carefully designed to offer a balance of both teacher and participant led activities and discussion to stimulate creative thought processes, demonstrate developmentally appropriate practices, and to increase collaboration, communication, and networking among providers in the region. We strongly believe that educating caregivers directly impacts children and families, an impact that lasts a lifetime.

All CCL workshops are approved by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) for pre-service, continued education and Core of Knowledge training hours. Training is developed, adapted, and conducted throughout the year as new needs are identified.
